Carpenter
Grimm Construction, Inc.
Carpenter will build, erect, install, and repair forms, structures, and other fixtures made from wood and other materials as needed to assist with various types of construction projects. Including all types of rough and finish carpentry (both interior and exterior), drywall, ceilings, doors and hardware, millworker, and specialties.
Project Manager
Grimm Construction, Inc.
Manages a construction site, including foreman and carpenters/ labors and oversees their work. Orders materials. Adheres to safety requirements. Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports. Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan. Collaborates with architects, engineers and coordinates work and schedule with subcontractors.
Estimator
Grimm Construction, Inc.
Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications. Evaluates subcontractor and supplier scope and pricing. Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting information. Writes up and presents proposals, budgets, reports, and project plans.
